Lots of Light:
Solstice Stories at Todmorden Mills
Join us at Todmorden Mills to celebrate the longest night of the
year. Hear stories of the winter season with Elder Garry Sault, an
Ojibway Elder from the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation,
share light refreshments, and craft a tabletop paper lantern to
light up winter evenings. Toronto History Museums delivers a series
of programs from November 1, 2023, to January 8, 2024, designed to
embrace the spirit of light, love, joy and celebration through
light-based public art activations, music, workshops, food,
culture, storytelling, and events as part of the
Lots of Light programming..
Event runs from 6:00 - 7:30pm
